Weaving Basics Workshop with Anne Fernweh

Level:  Beginner - suitable for those who have never done weaving before.

Ages: 16+

We provide:  Everything! Expert instruction, a handheld rigid heddle loom for you to take home; a variety of yarn colors to play with; and the other odds and ends you'll need to get started.

Join local weaver Anne Fernweh for a hands-on introduction to weaving. Students will become familiar with a rigid heddle, a basic miniature handheld loom. You'll learn basic weave structures, and well as how to design and bring your own patterns to life. This beginner workshop includes all the supplies you'll need to finish weaving a band that's great for a hat, belt, bag, or instrument.

Limited to 5 students. Requires 3 participants to run. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive notice and a refund 3 days prior to the scheduled date.

If registering on behalf of a minor child, I acknowledge that I am their parent or legal guardian and agree to their participation and to the above liability waiver on their behalf.
