Therapy Shawl Knit-A-Long

IMPORTANT NOTE: This knit-a-long includes four in-store meetups, from 6:00-8:00 PM on June 11, 18, 25, and July 2.

Ages: 16+

Level: Confident beginner/intermediate. 

We provide: Expert guidance and camaraderie throughout the month as you develop your own unique version of Laura Aylor's Therapy Shawl.

You bring: A copy of the Therapy Shawl pattern (available at Notion or on Ravelry) and yarn for your desired version of the pattern. The first in-store meetup is a great opportunity to pick out yarn and plan your project. Participants receive 15% off supplies purchased at Notion.

Total instruction time: 8 hours over 4 sessions, plus email support throughout

Join us for four weekly in-store meetups for guidance and camaraderie as you work through your own interpretation of this beautiful and unique shawl design! It's always fun to knit with friends, whether it's your first time making a sweater or your 100th. Participation is free with purchase of yarn from Notion at a 15% discount. We ask that you register so that we can share communications about the KAL and make sure there's room for you at the in-person meetups.

Can't make it in person? Register for a virtual ticket to receive the instructor's guiding emails and follow along with the project as a source of inspiration.

I understand that participation in this class/event may include inherently dangerous activities, including but not limited to the use of scissors, rotary cutting blades, pins, needles, and other sharp implements; the use of motorized sewing machines with sharp, fast-moving parts; and the use of hot steam irons and other electrified and/or high-temperature equipment. I agree to exercise appropriate care when participating and to refrain from participating if I am taking medication or am under the influence of any substances with any tendency to affect negatively my motor skills or level of care and attention. I release from all claims, demands, liability, right or causes of action of whatsoever kind and waive my right to sue Notion LLC, their employees, officers, members, and agents from any and all claims in any way connected with any injury, illness (including death), or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this class/event. If registering on behalf of a minor child, I acknowledge that I am their parent or legal guardian and agree to their participation and to the above liability waiver on their behalf.
