IMPORTANT NOTE: This class meets in four sessions, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on November 6, 13 & 20 and December 4. Registration from this page covers all four sessions.

Level:  Easy - you should be comfortable with the knit and purl stitches.

Ages: 16+

We provide:  Expert instruction; a 10% discount on supplies; and patterns for all projects

You bring: Approximately 2 skeins of bulky weight yarn, size 10 16" circular knitting needles, size 10 double-pointed knitting needles, a cable needle, and stitch markers

Total instruction time: 12 hours over 4 sessions

Cost:  $139

If you can knit and purl, these essential projects will cover all the skills to take your craft to the next level. Over the course of four sessions, you will learn how to knit in the round on circular and double-pointed needles; how to work a cable pattern; and how to use increases and decreases to shape your knitting. Sound like gibberish? Have no fear! Instructor Becky DeVerna is an educator who has been knitting for nearly 20 years. She will walk you through every step of the process with lots of personal help and troubleshooting along the way. You’ll be ready to knit your heart out in no time!

This class is appropriate for those who are comfortable with the knit and purl stitches and ready to advance their skills.

Limited to 6 participants. Requires 3 participants to run. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive notice and a refund 3 days prior to the scheduled start date of the series.
