Learn to Knit (Two Sessions): Sold Out

IMPORTANT NOTE: This class meets in two sessions, from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM on both October 26th and November 2nd. Registration from this page covers both sessions.

Always wanted to learn to knit? There’s no time like the present to pick up this fun and cozy hobby! Over the course of two sessions, you will learn the basic knit and purl stitches and combine them to create a cozy winter headband customized to your size. Instructor Becky DeVerna is an educator who has been knitting for nearly 20 years. She will walk you through every step of the process with lots of personal help and troubleshooting along the way. You’ll be ready to knit your heart out just in time for the holiday season!

This class is for true beginners who have never picked up a pair of needles (or need a serious refresher). Our Knit a Hat class is another fun and easy project for those who have mastered the knit and purl stitches and are ready to tackle new skills.

Limited to 6 students.

Level:  True beginner

Ages: 16+

We provide:  Everything! Yarn, needles, expert instruction, and a pattern for a simple headband project.

You bring:  Yourself

Total instruction time: 6 hours over two sessions

I release from all claims, demands, liability, right or causes of action of whatsoever kind and waive my right to sue Notion LLC, their employees, officers, members, and agents from any and all claims in any way connected with any injury, illness (including death), or economic loss I may suffer or which may result from my participation in this class/event. If registering on behalf of a minor child, I acknowledge that I am their parent or legal guardian and agree to their participation and to the above liability waiver on their behalf.
