Level: Easy - you should be comfortable with the basic knit and purl stitches.
We provide: 3 hours of expert instruction and the use of basic knitting repair tools like darning needles and crochet hooks.
You bring: Either a knitting project with mistakes you'd like to fix, OR yarn and needles for knitting a practice swatch.
Total instruction time: 3 hours
Join local knitter and expert instructor Becky Coleman for a hands-on demonstration of the most common knitting mistakes and how to fix them. Students will become familiar with the basic techniques for "reading" their knitting to identify errors, picking up dropped stitches, knitting in the wrong direction, and more. If you have a knitting project that requires troubleshooting, you're welcome to bring it, or you can bring any yarn and needles for a demo swatch to practice on.
Limited to 5 students. Requires 3 participants to run. In the event of cancellation due to low enrollment, registered participants will receive notice and a refund 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
